Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained consent from a parent or guardian to use this site. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes and to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

SECTION 2 - RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Key points include:

• No refunds are offered for trading card singles or sealed products due to the nature of the items, as specified in Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
• Preorders and reservations are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Prepaid orders will ship on the product's official release date, as announced by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer.
• Claims related to damages during shipping must be directed to the shipping company immediately. Contact us at info@universetcg.com for assistance if needed.
• Products will be shipped in the exact condition received from the manufacturer. Universe TCG does not guarantee specific outcomes or contents of trading card packs.
• If multiple pre-release items are purchased in a single order, they will be shipped together on the latest release date of the items. Customers may choose to have items shipped separately, but additional shipping costs will apply.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any products or Services without notice. Pricing is subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, price changes, or discontinuations.

Universe TCG reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse sales to specific customers if deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our business operations and comply with fair trading practices under the EU Digital Markets Act (DMA).

Universe TCG reserves the right to issue recalls or corrective actions for unsafe products as required by EU safety regulations.

SECTION 6 - INVOICING AND TAX COMPLIANCE
Universe TCG complies with Spain’s mandatory e-invoicing and real-time tax reporting requirements. All invoices issued will meet the legal standards required by Spanish law.

Customers purchasing from outside Spain are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local tax laws, including VAT obligations where applicable.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
