• Preorders are prepaid, non-cancelable, and non-refundable. If multiple preordered items are purchased, they will be shipped together on the latest release date, unless the customer opts to pay additional shipping fees for separate deliveries.
• Products will be shipped in the exact condition received from the manufacturer, and Universe TCG does not guarantee specific outcomes from trading card packs.
