¿Cuánto tarda el envío de artículos en stock?

Para productos en stock, los pedidos se procesan y envían en un plazo de 24 a 48 horas laborables. La entrega en España suele tardar entre 1 y 3 días laborables, mientras que el envío estándar europeo tarda entre 3 y 7 días laborables, según el transportista seleccionado en el proceso de pago. ¿Todos vuestros sobres, cajas y artículos están sellados de fábrica?

¡Sí! Garantizamos que el 100% de nuestros productos son nuevos, originales y están sellados de fábrica. Nos abastecemos directamente de fabricantes oficiales (como Bandai, Pokémon Company, Ravensburger) y distribuidores europeos autorizados. Tenemos una política de tolerancia cero contra sobres sueltos o manipulados. Ten en cuenta que los artículos abiertos o sin precintar no pueden devolverse según nuestra Política de Reembolso.

¿Cuál es vuestra política de devoluciones para compras estándar?

Dispones de 14 días naturales desde la fecha de entrega para solicitar una devolución. Debido a la volatilidad del mercado secundario y los ajustes especulativos de precios, los productos devueltos deben estar en su estado original sellado de fábrica, sin manipular. Una vez abiertos o desprecintados, los productos TCG pierden hasta el 100% de su valor y no son elegibles para reembolso. What is a pre-order and how does it work at Universe TCG?

Pre-orders are for products that haven't been officially released yet or restocks, where full payment is made at the time of purchase.

The pre-order price is maintained until the closing date indicated on the product page or until available units are sold out, whichever comes first.

Once the pre-order closes or units run out, the product can no longer be pre-purchased and its price may vary upon release.

Pre-orders are subject to availability and conditions set by distributors. At Universe TCG we always work with realistic forecasts and prioritize fulfilling all confirmed reservations.

Can I cancel a pre-order or request a refund?

Pre-orders are final and do not admit cancellations or returns, regardless of price variations (up or down) after purchase.

The change in market value of the product will not be a reason for cancellation or refund.

Exceptionally, and only in case of a confirmed distribution cut, the customer may choose between:

  • Full refund of the amount paid
  • Keep the reservation and wait for product restock
  • Convert the amount into store credit for future purchases or pre-orders

Any cancellation outside these cases will be at the exclusive discretion of the internal Universe TCG team.

What happens if there are delays, cuts, or changes in distribution?

Pre-orders depend directly on official distribution, so there may be delays, date adjustments, or cuts in allocated units.

Universe TCG is not responsible for massive cuts beyond our control, although we will always inform the customer with total transparency as soon as we have official information.

Pre-orders with full payment will always have priority over other reservations, respecting the order of purchase and established dates.

In case of a cut, the customer will be contacted to offer the available options (refund, wait, or store credit).

For any questions or alternative arrangements (payment methods, specific cases, etc.), we recommend contacting us beforehand before making the purchase.

What Happens If There Is a Stock Discrepancy?

In rare cases, a stock discrepancy may occur due to inventory errors, limited allocations, or products being reserved for events or tournaments.

If this happens, we will contact you privately before canceling any order. You will be offered one of the following options:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement product of equal value
  • Store credit to be used on future products

No order will be canceled without prior communication.
