Shipping Policy
At Universe TCG, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle order processing, shipping times, costs, and other related matters.
1. Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, except for preorders (see Section 3). Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within Spain and 7-15 business days for international orders.
- Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within Spain and 3-7 business days for international orders.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and total weight of the order. Customers will be informed of the exact shipping cost before completing their purchase.
3. Preorders and Shipping Multiple Items
For orders containing preorder items, the following rules apply:
- Preordered items will be shipped on their official release date, as announced by the manufacturer.
- If an order includes multiple preorder items with different release dates, the entire order will be shipped on the latest release date unless the customer chooses to pay additional shipping fees to split the delivery.
- To arrange separate shipments for preorder items with different release dates, customers must contact us directly at info@universetcg.com. Additional shipping costs will apply for each separate shipment.
- In the event of a manufacturer delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and ship the product on the new release date.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number (where applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the courier’s website.
5. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an error in the shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
6. International Shipping
We ship internationally to many countries. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
Universe TCG is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other factors outside our control.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
We ensure that all products are securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by the courier during shipping. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or appears tampered with, please:
- Contact the shipping company immediately to file a claim.
- Notify us at info@universetcg.com so we can assist you in the claims process.
For lost packages, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided. If you need assistance, you may reach out to us.
