Política de reembolso

At Universe TCG, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality trading card products. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we have specific policies in place regarding returns, refunds, and preorders. Please read the following carefully:


No Refunds Policy
Given the nature of trading card sealed products and singles, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • All products are shipped as they arrive from the manufacturer, and we ensure their quality and integrity before dispatch.
  • Claims related to products being opened, resealed, or damaged post-delivery cannot be accepted, as it is not feasible to verify such claims.
  • Preorders and reservations are subject to the same conditions. These orders are prepaid, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
  • If multiple pre-order items are purchased in a single order, they will be shipped together on the latest release date of the products included in the order. Customers may choose to pay additional shipping fees if they wish to have items shipped as they become available.
  • Products will be shipped on the official release date as announced by the manufacturer. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in official release dates.

This policy is in accordance with:

  • Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users: Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to products unsealed after delivery or goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
  • Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE): Prepaid and preordered items are governed by e-commerce rules.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. At Universe TCG, we thoroughly check all products for quality and integrity before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition when shipped.

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with during transit, it is crucial that you contact the shipping company immediately to file a claim. Claims related to shipping issues must be resolved directly with the courier, as we are not responsible for damages that occur during transportation.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for trading card singles, sealed products, or preorders. Please ensure your purchase is final before placing your order.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or other promotional products.

This policy complies with:

  • Article 97.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007: Information on the right of withdrawal must be provided before concluding a contract, highlighting exceptions where applicable.
  • Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights: Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to goods unsealed after delivery or those unsuitable for return.

 


European Union Consumer Rights
While the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period generally applies to most online purchases, this right does not extend to goods that have been unsealed after delivery or products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, such as trading card singles and sealed products.

For more information, refer to applicable EU consumer protection laws, including Directive 2011/83/EU and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
