Is Shipping Free?

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

If you purchase pre-sale items with different release dates, you can choose to have them shipped together or separately. For separate shipments, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange separate shipments. Otherwise, all items will be shipped on the latest release date.

  • In-stock items: orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Pre-order / pre-sale items: orders are shipped once the product is officially released and available.

If an order contains multiple items, it will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.

We do not accept changes or returns after items are shipped.
