Original and authentic cards (TCG)

💰 Indicative purchase prices

The following percentages are indicative (“up to”) and used as an initial reference. The final valuation may vary depending on the actual condition of the card, language, edition, collection, demand and current market liquidity.

💵 Cash valuation

Cash purchases are based on the updated market value.

Cards in English or Japanese: 60% of the market value
Cards in Spanish: 50%
Other languages: 40%

⭐ Store credit (trade)

The store credit (trade) offers a better valuation than cash payment and is usually the most profitable option for the seller.

An additional +10% (up to) is applied to the cash valuation
The credit can be used on loose cards, sealed products, accessories or other products available at Universe TCG
Ideal for players and collectors who want to reinvest their collection

Practical example:
A card valued up to a 60% in cash can reach up to 70% in store credit.

The indicated percentages are indicative, not guaranteed
All cards are reviewed individually
The final valuation is confirmed after checking quantity, language, edition and condition
The offer may be adjusted if the received material does not match what was previously agreed

📷 Preliminary appraisal (recommended)

To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend doing a preliminary appraisal before any shipment. You can send us:

A list of cards (ideally with edition, language and quantity)
Clear photos (front and back)
Videos if there are questions about condition or authenticity (highly recommended)

🚚 Shipping: conditions and process

If the sale is conducted by shipping, we work with a simple and secure process:

1) We agree on an indicative appraisal

We review the list/photos/videos
We indicate whether we are interested in the material and in what range
We confirm if it is cash or trade

2) You ship the material

Shipping costs are borne by the seller
We provide you with a secure postal address for receipt
We recommend using registered/insured shipping and proper protection

3) Verification and final confirmation

We verify that the received contents match what was agreed: quantity, cards, language and condition
No payment is made until verification is completed
If there are differences, we may readjust the offer or reject the purchase

🧾 Authenticity and non-accepted material

We do not accept counterfeit cards
If there is reasonable doubt about authenticity, we will request additional material (photos/videos) or reject the purchase
We do not buy “anything”: we prioritize cards in acceptable condition
