Is Shipping Free?
No.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
If you purchase pre-sale items with different release dates, you can choose to have them shipped together or separately. For separate shipments, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange separate shipments. Otherwise, all items will be shipped on the latest release date.
When Will I Receive My Item?
- In-stock items: orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Pre-order / pre-sale items: orders are shipped once the product is officially released and available.
If an order contains multiple items, it will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
Can I change or return my item?
We do not accept changes or returns after items are shipped.
For in-stock items, cancellations can only be made before the order is shipped by contacting us at [email protected].
Pre-sale and pre-order purchases are final, and no cancellations, changes, or returns are accepted once the order is confirmed.
¿Qué sucede si hay una discrepancia de stock?
En raras ocasiones, puede ocurrir una discrepancia de stock debido a errores de inventario, asignaciones limitadas o productos reservados para eventos o torneos.
Si esto ocurre, le contactaremos en privado antes de cancelar cualquier pedido. Se le ofrecerá una de las siguientes opciones:
- Un reembolso completo
- Un producto de reemplazo de igual valor
- Crédito en la tienda para usar en productos futuros
Ningún pedido será cancelado sin comunicación previa.
