What is a pre-sale and how does it work in Universe TCG?
Pre-orders correspond to products not yet officially released or restocks whose payment is made in full at the time of purchase.
The pre-order price paid is maintained until the closing date indicated on the product page or until the available units are exhausted, whichever occurs first.
Once the pre-order is closed or the units are exhausted, the product can no longer be pre-ordered and its price may vary at launch.
Pre-orders are subject to availability and the conditions set by distributors. At Universe TCG we always work with realistic forecasts and prioritize fulfilling all confirmed reservations.
Can I cancel a pre-sale or request a refund?
Pre-sales are final and do not allow cancellations or refunds, regardless of price variations (upwards or downwards) after purchase.
The change in the product's market value will not be a reason for cancellation or refund.
Exceptionally, and only in the case of a confirmed distribution cut, the customer may choose among:
- Full refund of the amount paid
- Keep the reservation and wait for the product to be restocked
- Convert the amount into store credit for future purchases or pre-sales
Any cancellation outside of these circumstances will be at the exclusive discretion of Universe TCG's internal team.
What happens if there are delays, cuts or changes in distribution?
Pre-sales depend directly on the official distribution, so delays may occur, date adjustments, or reductions in allocated units.
Universe TCG is not responsible for mass cuts beyond our control, although we will always inform the customer with complete transparency as soon as we have official information.
Pre-orders with full payment will always have priority over other reservations, respecting the purchase order and the established dates.
In case of a cut, we will contact the customer to offer the available options (refund, wait, or store credit).
For any questions or alternative arrangements (payment methods, specific cases, etc.), we recommend contacting in advance before making the purchase.
