- Final Sale (Locked Pre-orders): Pre-orders are sent to our distributors within 24 hours, making buyer-initiated cancellations or refunds strictly impossible.
- Sealed Product Return Depreciation: Opened, unsealed, or manipulated TCG products lose all resale value and are subject to up to 100% value depreciation surcharge upon return.

- Fulfillment Timelines: Sourcing typically takes 1 to 3 weeks but can take longer depending on distributor restocks.
- Final Sale (24h Lockout): Orders are routed to suppliers within 24 hours, locking out any buyer-initiated cancellations or changes.
- Sealed Product Return Depreciation: Sealed TCG products returned unsealed or opened suffer immediate loss of market value, resulting in up to 100% value depreciation surcharge.
1. Unilateral Sourcing & Allocation Cuts: All pre-orders are subject to official manufacturer and distributor stock allocations. If the supplier cuts supply or provides less product than ordered, Universe TCG reserves the absolute, unilateral right to adjust, reduce, or cancel any pre-order reservation at our sole discretion. Sourcing does not constitute a guarantee of supply.
2. Business Reservation Priorities: In the event of manufacturer stock cuts or limitations, Universe TCG reserves the absolute, unilateral right to allocate remaining stock for in-store play, tournament events, local promotions, or internal commercial requirements at our sole discretion, regardless of queue priority or purchase timestamp.
3. Unilateral Cancellation & Refusal Rights (Pricing & Glitch Protection): Universe TCG reserves the absolute, unilateral right to cancel, adjust, or refuse service for any pre-order transaction at our sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason—including but not limited to distributor allocation cuts, pricing errors, database/listing glitches, speculative buying patterns, suspicious customer history, or changes in logistics. In any such event, our sole and exclusive liability is a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled items. Under no circumstances will Universe TCG offer discounts, gift cards, coupons, or compensation.
4. Pre-orders are Non-Cancellable Final Sales: By submitting this pre-order, you commit to purchase at the locked price. Buyer-initiated cancellations, refund requests, or withdrawals are strictly prohibited once the order has been routed to our distributors (within 24 hours of purchase). Market volatility, price drops, loss of demand, or change of mind do not entitle the customer to a refund.
5. Sealed Collectible Return Depreciation Surcharge (Up to 100%): Many trading card and collectible products (including booster boxes, displays, ETBs, and booster packs) derive their primary commercial value from their original, factory-sealed condition. In accordance with Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, any sealed product that has been unsealed, opened, torn, or manipulated after delivery loses its speculative and resale value. Universe TCG reserves the absolute right to apply a deduction of up to 100% of the product's value from the refund amount for opened or handled items.
6. Speculative Market Volatility & Price Adjustments: Trading Card Game (TCG) products are highly speculative assets subject to constant secondary market price fluctuations. In the event that a buyer exercises their legal right of withdrawal and return under consumer protection laws, Universe TCG will not be held liable for any market price drops or speculative buyer actions. If the product's current retail price on Universe TCG or the secondary market at the time the return is processed is lower than the price originally paid by the customer, any approved refund will be adjusted downwards to match and be calculated proportionally to the lower active retail/market value, regardless of the higher price originally paid at checkout.
7. Return Shipping & Transit Risk: If a return under the legal withdrawal period is processed, the customer must fully bear all direct return shipping costs and logistics. The customer assumes all risk of loss, theft, or damage during return transit. We strongly recommend using a fully trackable, insured shipping method. Universe TCG will not issue any refunds until the product is physically received and inspected at our facilities.
8. Split Shipping Cost & Extra Fees: Pre-orders ship complete with in-stock products in a single shipment. If the customer requests separate or partial shipments of in-stock items first, they must pay additional shipping charges to cover logical and warehouse costs.
9. Strict Street Date Release Policies: Pre-order items will not be shipped or released for store pickup before their official manufacturer-mandated street dates. In-store pickups are subject to the same street date guidelines.
10. Sourcing Restock Notification Disclaimer: If a customer's pre-order is cancelled due to supply cuts, and the item is restocked at a later date, Universe TCG is under no obligation to notify the affected customer first or grant them priority. Keeping track of restocks is the customer's sole responsibility.

2. 14-Day Withdrawal Period (EU Distance Contracts): For consumer purchases made through our website, the legal 14-calendar-day withdrawal and cooling-off period begins strictly on the day the customer physically receives the product, NOT from the date of purchase. Wait times in transit or supplier sourcing do not eat into this 14-day return window.

Event and Tournament Policies
You are registering for a sanctioned event. Please review the following key policies:
- Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds for event tickets are only processed if requested at least 72 hours before the event start time. No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the event.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for the event, your registration fee is forfeit. We cannot hold spots for players who are not physically present when the tournament begins.
- Promotional Material and Prizes: Promotional materials (such as promo packs or exclusive cards) are strictly for attending players who participate in the event. They cannot be collected later if you do not play.
- Hygiene Standards: Personal hygiene is mandatory for the comfort of all participants. Please ensure you are clean and presentable.
- Conduct and Right of Admission: Please be respectful to other players and staff. The organization reserves the right of admission and may expel any player for inappropriate behavior at any time.
- Event Requirements: Bring all necessary items to play. Ensure you comply with the specific requirements detailed in the event description. If you have any doubts, please contact the organization.
