Riftbound: Unleashed — What's In Stock, Best Cards & Why Buy Before Vendetta

Riftbound: Unleashed is the third expansion of the League of Legends TCG — released May 8, 2026. If you're building a competitive deck, completing your Unleashed collection, or stocking up before attention shifts to Vendetta, the window to get Unleashed product at full availability is now. This is what's in stock at Universe TCG and why it matters.

What is Riftbound: Unleashed?

Unleashed is the set where Riftbound's competitive meta crystallised. After Origins introduced the game and Spiritforged expanded the roster, Unleashed arrived with the champions and mechanics that define how the game is actually played at a high level. New explosive abilities, champion synergies across domains, and cards that reward players who understand Runeterra's strategic depth.

If you missed Origins or Spiritforged sealed product (both now largely sold out across Europe), Unleashed is your current entry point into the Riftbound ecosystem with real product availability.

What's Available Now at Universe TCG

• Unleashed Booster Box (24 Packs) — 336 cards, full rarity distribution including Legendaries, foils and special variants. The standard unit for players and collectors. In stock, ships within 48h.
• Unleashed Booster Case (6 Boxes) — 144 packs, 2016 cards, factory sealed. For those who want the full set experience or are stocking up before Vendetta launches. Limited availability — 2 cases remaining.
• Vex Champion Deck — 56-card preconstructed deck, tournament-ready out of the box. Best entry point for players who want to start competing immediately without building from scratch.

Best Cards to Chase from Unleashed

🏆 Competitive Staples

LeBlanc, Everywhere at Once (Showcase) — The marquee pull of the set. Showcase alternate art, high secondary market value, and a genuine competitive piece in mirror and aggro matchups. The card players are actively hunting from Unleashed packs.

Vex, the Gloomist — The Vex Champion Deck's centrepiece and a cross-archetype finisher. Her pessimism mechanic generates card advantage in ways the format hadn't seen before Unleashed. Staple in Shadow Isles and multi-domain builds.

Vi, the Piltover Enforcer — Rush + forced block on entry. One of the most tempo-positive plays in the set. Already a 2-of or 4-of in every aggressive Piltover build.

💎 Collector Targets

Unleashed's foil treatments and showcase variants — particularly LeBlanc and the Legendary tier — have held secondary market value well since launch, with no signs of additional print runs incoming. Sealed Unleashed product is increasingly finite.

Why Buy Unleashed Now Instead of Waiting for Vendetta?

Vendetta launches July 31 and will dominate attention when it drops. Once that happens, Unleashed moves from "current set" to "back catalogue" — typically the moment sealed product becomes harder to find at standard pricing and distributor allocations close. The Unleashed Booster Box and Case we have now is confirmed stock. Post-Vendetta, we cannot guarantee restock.

If you're a competitive player who needs Unleashed cards for your deck, or a collector who wants factory-sealed boxes before they're gone — now is the practical window.

Unleashed and the Riftbound Ecosystem

All Riftbound sets are legal in the same format. Unleashed cards slot directly into Spiritforged decks and will interact with Vendetta when it launches. Buying Unleashed now doesn't mean you're missing out on Vendetta — it means you'll have more of the format's card pool when Vendetta arrives.
