One Piece TCG OP-17 The World's Strongest Warriors Is Here — And It's Absolute Madness

One Piece TCG OP-17: The World's Strongest Warriors — Complete Breakdown

We are going to say it plainly: OP-17 The World's Strongest Warriors is the One Piece TCG set fans have been waiting 25 years for. Elbaf has been teased since some of the earliest chapters of the manga. When Oda finally delivers an arc of this magnitude, the TCG follows with cards that define a generation of collectors and players. This is that set — and we have stock now.

Why OP-17 Is Absolutely Different

Twenty-five years. That is how long One Piece fans have waited for Elbaf. The kingdom of giants has been in Oda's universe since Chapter 116 — foreshadowed, teased, and built toward through Thriller Bark, Dressrosa, Whole Cake Island, Wano, and Egghead. When OP-17 arrived, it did not disappoint.

Here is why OP-17 is generating more hype than any previous One Piece TCG set:

• 25 years of buildup — Elbaf is the most anticipated arc in One Piece history. The emotional payoff creates collector demand that outlasts the initial launch window.
• New characters making their TCG debut — Loki, Hajrudin, and the warriors of Elbaf are entering the competitive landscape for the first time.
• Straw Hats in peak arc artwork — the Alternate Art cards in Elbaf arc style are some of the most stunning illustrations in the entire One Piece TCG catalogue.
• Competitive meta impact — new Leader cards and archetypes that tournament players will immediately build around.

OP-17 The World's Strongest Warriors: Pull Rates & What to Chase

Following the standard Bandai One Piece TCG pull rate structure:

• Super Rare (SR) — the primary chase cards for competitive players. Elbaf brings SR Leaders and Characters that will define the meta.
• Secret Rare (SEC) — the highest-impact collector cards. Expect SEC Alternate Art versions of Luffy, the giants, and major Elbaf characters.
• Alternate Art (AA) — full-art cards with Elbaf-specific illustrations. These are the long-term high-value collector pieces from OP-17.
• Leader cards — new Leader choices from Elbaf will immediately enter the competitive spotlight. Watch for Loki-based and Hajrudin-based builds.

A 24-pack booster box gives you strong statistical spread across all rarity tiers. For collectors targeting every Alternate Art, a full case (12 boxes / 288 packs) is the most efficient approach before buying targeted singles.

OP-17 as a Sealed Investment

We are not financial advisors — but the data on One Piece TCG sealed product is clear:

• OP-01 Romance Dawn — launched at ~€100/box, now trading at €400–800+ per box sealed.
• OP-04 Kingdoms of Intrigue — picked up by the community as a sleeper set, now appreciated 3–4× from MSRP.
• OP-06 Wings of the Captain — launched with high hype, held value well above retail.

OP-17 Elbaf hits at a unique intersection: peak arc hype + debut characters + competitive relevance + 25 years of emotional buildup. That combination has historically produced the strongest sealed appreciation in the One Piece TCG.
