Riftbound Tournaments — Universe TCG

Registration for Riftbound events organized at Universe TCG.

This product may include different types of local tournaments (Nexus Night, Skirmish, Special Events, Pre-release, or other competitive formats). Always check the selected variant to confirm the exact format, mode, and date.

⚔️ Game Format

• Riftbound
• Current format specified for each event (Constructed, Sealed, or as defined by the organizer)
• Swiss system + possible Top Cut depending on number of participants
• For Skirmish events, Swiss rounds may be played as Best of 1 (BO1) or Best of 3 (BO3) prior to the Top Cut

📋 Mandatory Requirements

• Arrive 15–30 minutes early to complete check-in properly.
• Legal deck according to the announced format.
• Opaque sleeves, in good condition, and all identical.
• Proxy cards are not allowed unless explicitly stated by the organizer.
• The organization may conduct random deck checks during the tournament.

📝 Decklist

Decklists are not mandatory in all local Riftbound events.

However, in certain tournaments (Qualifiers, Special Events, or depending on organizational criteria), they may be required. In such cases, they must be submitted properly completed before the start of Round 1.

The decklist may be handwritten, as long as it is clearly legible and complete. It is the player's responsibility to ensure it matches exactly the deck used during the tournament.

💳 Registration

• Registrations are managed directly by the organization through the carde.io platform.
• Spots will be registered on the platform only after payment has been received.
• A spot is only guaranteed with confirmed payment.
• If capacity is reached, a waiting list may be enabled.

🏆 Prizes

The prize structure will vary depending on the type of local Riftbound tournament and the total number of participants. The organization may adjust distribution based on attendance, product availability, and logistical resources of the event.

🌌 Nexus Night

• 1 booster pack for participation.
• 1 additional Nexus pack for the event winner.
• Raffle of available official Riftbound materials among attendees.

⚔️ Skirmish

• 1 booster pack for participation.
• Additional booster packs distributed among the Top players (depending on number of participants).
• Official promotional materials distributed according to publisher guidelines (UVS Games).

🌠 Pre-Rift

• Official promotional event kit.
• 1 booster pack for participation.
• 1 additional booster pack raffled per every 2 registered players.

The organization may adapt the prize structure depending on available staff, presence of a certified judge, and overall event logistics.

📌 General Conditions

• Limited spots.
• Priority given to players with confirmed payment.
• It is the participant’s responsibility to be aware of the conditions of each event, as they are always communicated through multiple channels.
• The organization reserves the right to modify any aspect of the tournament (including dates, prizes, formats, or other elements) without prior notice.
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in penalties at the organizer’s discretion.
