Universe TCG Is Becoming an Official Warhammer Stockist
Big news for tabletop fans: Universe TCG is becoming an official Warhammer stockist. Our Spanish specialist store, known for trading card games and shipping across Spain and the EU, is adding Games Workshop's miniatures hobby to the range, and the timing could not be better. Warhammer 40,000 has just entered a brand-new edition, and Warhammer Age of Sigmar keeps releasing new armies. Here is what is happening in the hobby right now and what to expect from us. What We Can Tell You Today
We are being straight with you: Universe TCG is on its way to becoming an official Warhammer stockist, and we will confirm as soon as our account is live. We have not yet published a product range, arrival dates or prices. We will announce all of that on this blog, on our Warhammer page and on our event calendar as soon as it is locked in, so you never have to guess what is real and what is rumour.

Why Now? Warhammer 40,000 11th Edition
Games Workshop announced a new edition of Warhammer 40,000 at AdeptiCon 2026, and the 11th edition launched in late June 2026 with the Armageddon boxed set, pitting Blood Angels Space Marines against Orks. According to Wargamer's 11th edition guide, the headline rules changes include:
- Modular detachments — combine several detachments, each with its own point cost, for more varied army builds.
- Personalised missions — each player gets their own primary objectives, partly dictated by the army they bring, instead of drawing random missions.
- Terrain-based objectives — objectives now sit inside terrain pieces, so battlefield layout matters more.
- Cover changes — cover now penalises the enemy's hit roll instead of improving your armour save.
- Melee tweaks — changes to charging, fighting and pile-in make aggressive play more viable.
The new edition is also rolling out faction by faction. The Orks received the first 11th edition codex on 5 September 2026, and Space Marines are confirmed as the second codex. As of writing, Games Workshop has not published a full codex roadmap, so treat any dates you see for other factions as unconfirmed.
Entry Points for New Players
If you have never painted a miniature, a new edition is the easiest moment to jump in. The launch wave includes the Armageddon boxed set plus supporting products such as the Combat Patrol Companion, a Terrain Area Set, the Chapter Approved Mission Deck 2026-27 and the Dominatus Narrative Campaign Deck (all per Wargamer). We will confirm which of these we carry once our range is final.
What About Age of Sigmar?
Warhammer Age of Sigmar remains in its 4th edition, which launched in July 2024 with the Skaventide box, and new battletomes continue to arrive through 2026. Fantasy fans do not need to wait for a new edition to start collecting an army.
Why a TCG Store?
Miniature wargaming and trading card games share a lot of DNA: collecting, optimising a list or deck, local events and a community that likes to play in person. Plenty of our customers already juggle Magic: The Gathering, the One Piece Card Game and Riftbound, and we want Warhammer players to feel just as welcome. Follow our event calendar to see what is coming to our stores.
