Unilateral Cancellation & Refusal Rights (Pricing & Glitch Protection):</strong> Universe TCG reserves the absolute, unilateral right to cancel, adjust, or refuse service for any pre-order transaction at our sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason—including but not limited to distributor allocation cuts, pricing errors, database/listing glitches, speculative buying patterns, suspicious customer history, or changes in logistics. In any such event, our sole and exclusive liability is a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled items. Under no circumstances will Universe TCG offer discounts, gift cards, coupons, or compensation.

In accordance with Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, any sealed product that has been unsealed, opened, torn, or manipulated after delivery loses its speculative and resale value. Universe TCG reserves the absolute right to apply a deduction of up to 100% of the product's value from the refund amount for opened or handled items.
<strong>6. Speculative Market Volatility & Price Adjustments:</strong> Trading Card Game (TCG) products are highly speculative assets subject to constant secondary market price fluctuations. In the event that a buyer exercises their legal right of withdrawal and return under consumer protection laws, Universe TCG will not be held liable for any market price drops or speculative buyer actions. If the product's current retail price on Universe TCG or the secondary market at the time the return is processed is lower than the price originally paid by the customer, any approved refund will be adjusted downwards to match and be calculated proportionally to the lower active retail/market value, regardless of the higher price originally paid at checkout.
<strong>7. Return Shipping & Transit Risk:</strong> If a return under the legal withdrawal period is processed, the customer must fully bear all direct return shipping costs and logistics. The customer assumes all risk of loss, theft, or damage during return transit. We strongly recommend using a fully trackable, insured shipping method.
